Resonate Retreat Day

A day of coaching, personal development and reflective retreat to help bring more resonance and self-awareness to our daily lives, facilitated by trained coach Paul Douglas.

Paul has over 40 years' experience of management and senior leadership in the music industry, voluntary, charity and education sectors.

Held at the spacious and beautiful Barnes Close Retreat Centre on the edge of the Waseley Hills Country Park, and just 5 minutes from Junction 4 of the M5.

This workshop day is free of charge, and includes a 15-minute 1:1 follow-up coaching session.
