YOU ARE THE ONE

I cry out to You, my Lord, and You hear my call
For You have seen my actions, known my fears
You have seen me struggle, and You've seen me fall
I'm looking for Your strength, through my tears

Although I know that You are there
Although I know You lead me
At times I fall into despair
So help me to believe
                                               
You are the One who lives
You are the One who gives
Truth and strength for all my doubts and fears
Your mercy will prevail
Your love will never fail
So help me to believe You are the One

When I'm tired and lonely, all reason has gone
I still know You are with me, You are there
In my hour of weakness, I long to be strong
I sense that You are listening to my prayer
